How MyGuardian™ is built
Decentralized video capture
The invention the current product is built on, and the subject of our provisional patent filed March 23, 2026. The primary copy of a recording is written to storage the user controls, not to a vendor server, so custody of the evidence rests with you, which is the only place it can rest and still be yours.
The evidence chain
Every capture is hashed with SHA-256 per frame and for the full file, timestamped, GPS-bound and transcribed. The transcript is written alongside the media so a text record exists even where video is ambiguous. Export packages the video, audio, transcript, hashes and timestamp together. Whether any recording is admitted is decided by a court, not by us.
Encryption and custody
Recordings and streams are encrypted in transit and at rest. The primary copy lands in your own Google Drive rather than on our servers. That is a deliberate architectural choice, because custody is the part of this product that has to be beyond argument. Formal security review and SOC 2 are scheduled for Q4 2026.
Stratum causal inference engine
Five patent-pending, benchmarked components from Stratum Labs form the substrate for legal reasoning, personalization and our moral-coherence layer. Stratum builds the data and AI layer for teams that decide on evidence: the same problem, one level down.
Offline-first jurisdiction mapping
Know-your-rights lookup computed against a proprietary map held on the device, so the question “where am I standing” is answered without your location leaving your phone. In build now.
Capture pipeline
Video at 1080p/30 or 720p/60 with AI-enhanced night mode; spatial audio capture with noise-isolated vocals; a rolling 30-second on-device buffer attached to the front of every triggered recording; automatic PII detection for faces, plates and addresses before you share publicly.
Autonomous engineering operations
A bot pipeline turns a Slack report or a screenshot into a triaged ticket and, frequently, a merged fix, with no one touching it. It is why a small team ships like a large one.
